Preparing Your Space
Please prepare a clean, quiet, and private area with enough room for a massage table and for your therapist to move comfortably. Pets must be secured in another room. Your therapist will arrive approximately 10–15 minutes early for setup.

How much space is required?
We recommend a clean, quiet, and private area of approximately 10 x 7 feet. This provides enough room for the massage table and for your therapist to move comfortably around all sides.
What to wear / clothing
For most massages, clients undress to their comfort level. You will be professionally draped with fresh linens throughout the session, and only the specific area being worked on will be uncovered. For assisted stretching, comfortable athletic wear is recommended.
Pressure preferences and communication
Your comfort is our priority. We encourage open communication before and during your session regarding pressure, technique, or any specific areas of focus to ensure you receive the most effective care.
Deposits and cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please review our full client policy for specific terms regarding late arrivals and no-shows.
Booking for couples or groups
We offer mobile massage for couples and groups. Sessions will be performed consecutively by the same therapist unless multiple therapists are requested well in advance. Perfect for home wellness days, events, or corporate sessions.
