HOW DO PACKAGES DIFFER FROM MEMBERSHIPS?
Our 2-session wellness package is a one-time introductory offer valid for 30 days. In contrast, memberships offer recurring monthly value with either two or four 60-minute sessions and renew automatically for your convenience.
WHICH SERVICES ARE COVERED BY MY PLAN?
You can apply plan credits toward any eligible 60-minute wellness treatment listed in our booking menu. Please note that premium offerings, clinics, special events, and couples sessions are generally excluded. Some specific enhancements may incur extra costs.
DO MY UNUSED SESSIONS EXPIRE?
Members can carry over one unused session to the following billing period, provided it is used within that next cycle. Package sessions are more restricted and must be completed within 30 days of your purchase date.
IS TRAVEL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Complimentary mobile service is provided within the Reluvenate standard travel zone. For locations outside this area, a travel surcharge will apply, which we will confirm with you before finalizing your booking.
CAN I EXTEND MY TREATMENT TIME?
Absolutely. You can request a 30-minute extension for eligible sessions at a set fee, provided our schedule allows. Extensions should be booked in advance and do not count as a separate package or membership credit.
ARE SESSIONS TRANSFERABLE TO OTHERS?
No. All packages, memberships, and individual session credits are strictly tied to the original purchaser. They cannot be shared with other individuals, exchanged for cash, or used for someone else's booking.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide this notice or missing a scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of that session's credit.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to stop future charges. While we do not offer refunds for processed payments, your remaining credits stay active according to our rollover guidelines.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY PURCHASE?
All package and membership payments are final and non-refundable. Credits that go unused, expire, or are forfeited due to late cancellations cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other services.
WHAT DOES THE ELITE FIFTH-SESSION BONUS INCLUDE?
Elite members earn one free eligible add-on for every five completed sessions. This benefit excludes canceled or missed appointments. The reward is non-transferable, carries no cash value, and does not increase the duration of the session.
