Booking and Deposits

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total service cost. You’ll receive a separate payment request with instructions to submit your deposit. The remaining balance is due by the end of the appointment.

Package and membership sessions are prepaid and do not require an additional service deposit. Applicable upgrades or extended-distance fees may still be charged separately.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. No-shows may be charged the remaining balance and may be required to prepay future appointments.

Mobile Travel Fee

A standard $35 travel fee is applied to all mobile appointments and is included in the cost you see with every service.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Clients must provide a clean, safe, private space with enough room for the massage table and for the therapist to move comfortably. Please secure pets before the therapist arrives and provide all building, parking, gate, or access instructions in advance.

Arrival and Late Appointments

The therapist may arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to set up. If the client is not ready at the scheduled start time, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If the therapist is late, the client will receive their complete scheduled session time.

Intake Forms and Health Information

All required intake, consent, and health-history forms must be completed before the appointment. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and notifying the therapist of medical changes, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, medications, or other health concerns.

Illness and Safety

Clients should reschedule if they have a fever, contagious illness, active infection, unexplained rash, or other condition that may make massage unsafe. Services may be postponed, modified, or declined when necessary for the safety of the client and therapist.

Professional Conduct

All services are therapeutic and professional. Proper draping will be used throughout the session. Inappropriate language, behavior, requests, or sexual conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Minors

Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may also be required to remain present during the appointment.

Packages, Memberships, and Gift Cards

Packages, memberships, promotional offers, and gift cards are subject to their stated expiration dates, redemption requirements, and purchase terms. They may not be exchanged for cash or transferred unless otherwise stated.

Package and membership sessions are prepaid and do not require an additional service deposit. Applicable upgrades or extended-distance fees may still be charged separately.

Refunds

Completed services are nonrefundable. Deposits, travel fees, late-cancellation charges, and no-show charges are also nonrefundable. Any service concern should be communicated promptly so it can be addressed appropriately.

Weather and Emergencies

Reluvenate Health & Wellness may reschedule appointments due to severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, emergencies, or circumstances outside of the therapist’s control. Clients will be contacted as soon as possible.

FAQs

Is the clinic only for injured athletes?

No. While we address restrictive tightness and soreness, the clinic is primarily designed for active recovery and mobility support to keep you moving well between your normal training sessions.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing (shorts, tank top, sports bra) that allows access to the primary areas of concern and enables a full range of motion during assessment.

How many areas can be addressed?

Appointments are targeted and may address up to three primary problem areas depending on the session length chosen. This is not a full-body relaxation massage.

Which appointment length should I choose?

The 30-minute session is best for one primary area or a quick recovery tune-up. The 60-minute session is recommended for more detailed attention or addressing up to three related areas.

Will every session include cupping or Graston?

Not necessarily. Each session is customized. Your therapist will use the specific techniques—such as sports massage, cupping, or stretching—most appropriate for your goals that day.

Can student athletes book?

Yes. We frequently work with student athletes to support their competitive seasons and intense practice schedules.

Does a parent need to attend?

Clients under 18 require a completed parent or legal guardian consent form prior to the session. While parents don't need to be in the treatment room, they must provide the required authorization.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a forfeit of the 50% reservation deposit.
