Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. After your booking request is approved, you’ll receive payment instructions. Approval alone does not secure your appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit, and no-shows may be charged the full service price. Late rescheduling may require a new deposit. Clients must be ready at the scheduled time. If a client is late or unprepared, the session will still end at the original time. If the therapist is late, the client will receive the full reserved service time. Required intake and consent forms must be completed before service. Clients must disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, pregnancy and medical restrictions. For mobile appointments, clients must provide a clean, safe and private space with enough room for the massage table and therapist movement. Pets must be secured away from the treatment area. Recovery Clinic appointments address up to three primary problem areas and are not full-body massages. Clients under 18 require parent or legal guardian consent. All services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with the full balance remaining due.
