Client Policies

booking & service policies

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. A valid card on file may be required to secure your appointment. 

Appointments are not confirmed until you recieve a confirmation email or text.

Travel Policy

Reluvenate Health is a mobile massage service, meaning sessions are performed in the comfort of your home, office or event location.

A $35 travel fee is added to appointments before confirmation for locations within the standard service area. Additional travel fee may apply for locations outside of the service radius.

Clients must provide adequate space for the massage therapist setup.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

Late cancellations (less that 24 hours notice) may result in forfeit of deposit. 

This policy allows us to respect the time reserved for your session.

Late Arrival Policy

If a client arrives late or is not ready at the scheduled time, the session may be shortened in order to maintain the schedule for other clients.

If the therapist arrives late or is not ready for the scheduled time, the session will be compensated with adjusted time to maintain service agreement.

Full service fees still apply.

Client Health & Safety

Clients must inform the therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or recent surgeries prior to the session.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Clients should consult their physician for medical concerns

 

Reluvenate Health reserves the right to decline service if massage is deemed unsafe.

Professional Conduct Policy

Reluvenate Health maintains a strict professional environment.

Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or request will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will still be responsible for full payment.

Hygeine & Environment

For the best experience, clients should ensure the session space is:

- Clean

- Quiet

- Safe

- Free of excessive distractions

Pets should be secured if they may interfere with session.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid.

Accepted payment methods include:

- Apple Pay

- Debit/ Credit Card

- Square

- Zelle

Consent for massage

Clients must provide verbal or written consent prior to recieving massage therapy services.

Clients may request pressure adjustments or stop the session at any time.
